My Anniversary + You = Big Week!

This could be a huge week for you.

The kind of week you look back on as a pivotal turning point in your life.

I know that’s a big promise. But I can deliver. Stick with me for 3 minutes. I’ll explain:

As I approach my wedding anniversary on July 22,

It brings back memories of a serious crisis in my fife.

I was out of work and just released from the hospital after a very bad motorcycle accident. I had no insurance, hospital bills were a mile high, we had no clue how bad it was going to get.  I remember vividly looking at my daughter and thinking how innocent she was, how special she was and that she deserved better.

I knew right then I had to do whatever it took to provide for this life I had brought into the world and be sure she didn’t suffer or have to live a life I would regret. I would love to say I was an instant success.

But, as you know that’s not what happened, the next 5 years really tested me, I was actually going backwards. With no direction or mentor to keep me on a straight path, I lost a tremendous amount of money putting me deeper and deeper in debt.

Five years later circa 2006, I thought I found the answer. I found a so called mentor who was a huge success, he was actually the top income earner in two companies, some of you will know instantly who I am talking about. For this purpose we will just call him MR BS.

I thought my prayers had been answered. Mr. BS told me on the phone if I joined him in both companies he would teach me exactly what he does and how to duplicate his success. He claimed he would make sure I found success. Bingo, finally, exactly what I needed.

I scrapped up the total of 1k and joined him in both companies. As you can guess, I never talked to him again. He never returned my calls, never gave me any of the help he promised and he left me worse off than I was before. I was devastated, so close to quitting and never trying again. I almost settled for a life of mediocrity.

I really had to dig deep for the motivation to go on. It was my family that kept me treading water. They were and still are my why.

I knew I was smarter than this guy. If this idiot with no integrity can be successful, then so can I, I just needed to know what he knew and then needed to do what he did.

So I started to research where he was advertising,
What he was saying, what he was doing, ETC

I basically was stalking his every move.
After copying his every move, I finally started to see some results. It was working!

This went on for a few months my income was growing monthly, 4k, 8k, 15k, 25k and then it started going backwards, 12k 7k 1k and the next month the company disappeared.  Once again I was devastated.

The next few years were more of the same, find a company, build a great team watch the company fall apart, and lose my income. It was a vicious cycle.

I was making great money, but I had not found something solid, something I could pass on to my children. If I wasn’t working I wasn’t making money.

This was not freedom.
This was not what I wanted.

I was simply trading time for money, like any normal job. I was not building residual.

I finally realized the problem was not me or my methods, it was the companies and products I choose to associate with.

Once I realized this I scoured the industry looking for a long term solution,

Something with integrity, something that made sense
Something that anyone could instantly see value in

And….finally I found it!
I found a home, something I’m going to pass on to my children.

I am now building a long term, recession proof, residual income with a sold company that will be here for years to come.

I could walk away today and 2 years from now still receive a check. Now this is freedom
This is what I was looking for.
This is what I wanted.

So what’s my point? I still often think about Mr. BS and how many people he must have deceived.
