We have been with ACN Inc just a short time. A bit over 30 days at the writing of this post . In this 30 day period we have done amazing things. In fact we have broken records, bringing in over 80 people in this time frame. We can attribute this success to a bunch of things.
First we know what we are doing and are not afraid to teach people how to duplicate our success. We have over 20 years of success in this industry and 10 years of internet marketing success to back us up. Success with a company like ACN is easy if you align yourself with the right group. With the state of the economy this is prime time to start a business like ACN acnprimetime.
Second we have turned our ACN business into a highbred, combining old style belly to belly marketing with new school online network marketing strategies and techniques. The internet is such a tremendous place which allows us to reach, 10, 20, 30, even 100 times the people you could possibly reach by only working your warm market. We have created a system and implemented tools, which allows anyone to easily take full advantage of the Internet.
Third we are teachers by nature. I personally own and operate an online training site which teaches people exactly how to market on the internet. We teach our downline how to easily find prospects and how to have your phone ringing with people calling you, who are looking to join your business. This is by far the greatest key to our success. Of the 80 people in our downline we only personally sponsored a fraction of these reps. Through our regular training calls and online webinar presentations we have created a super group of reps. Who now know how to successfully market this on the internet and how to share this with warm market and actually see results.
Forth is our strategic building process that we use to ensure massive growth throughout our entire downline. We have look long and hard at the compensation plan and have found a specific way of building our downline and placing new reps through our entire organization to assure overall team growth. Actually in the beginning there is no reason to have more than 3 people front line to you. So we only took 3 people front line and now we are filling in under these reps. This promotes extreme depth and very fast team growth. Plus it keeps people very excited to see people come into their downline from reps above.
